📖 Biography

Vetusta Morla is the Madrid band that has led the resurgence of Spanish indie rock in the 2010s. Formed in Alcalá de Henares in 1998, their career reached massive dimensions from 2010 onward, as they began filling venues of increasing capacity until becoming one of the most important bands in the Spanish musical landscape.

Their album Mapas (2014) cemented them as artists capable of filling festivals and large halls. Cable a Tierra (2017) and MSDL — Canciones dentro de canciones (2021) confirmed a creative capacity that never stops growing. Their concerts are experiences of emotional intensity that generate a community of fans who are absolutely committed.

What distinguishes Vetusta Morla is their commitment to artistic quality without sacrificing massive emotion: they make big songs for big emotions, with polished production and poetic lyrics that place them above the average of Spanish rock.
