PharmaMar is a Spanish biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of marine-derived anticancer drugs. Founded in 1986 in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid, it is a world leader in research into antitumour compounds from the sea. Its best-known product is Yondelis (trabectedin), used in the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma and ovarian cancer.
