📖 Biography

In the rehearsal room of an old building in northern Madrid, four guitarists and a bassist, with nothing but an electric guitar and the dream of breaking away from the monotony of bar concerts, formed Los Hijos del Cielo. The band emerged from the nocturnal improvisation of a group of friends who, tired of the repetition of 90s pop‑rock, decided to create something with more energy, more noise, and fewer pretensions. From those first chords, the band set itself apart as a force that did not want to follow the mold: they mixed aggressive riffs with lyrics that spoke of everyday life, youthful frustration, and the desire for freedom.

Their first album, *Luz y Sombra*, was released in 2015 and became etched in the minds of fans looking for a raw sound. The track “Río de Hierro” became the anthem of nights in small theaters. Years later, *Ecos del Silencio* and *Sinfonía de Guitarras* solidified their style: rock with touches of post‑punk and a rhythm that makes people move nonstop. Songs like “Alma de Fuego” and “Caminos Rotos” show the band's evolution without losing the essence of the early era. The mix of saturated guitars, punchy drums, and raw vocals creates an atmosphere that invites rebellion and reflection.

Today, Los Hijos del Cielo remain a reference for new rock bands in Spain. Their concerts, with energy that never fades, continue to attract audiences who want to feel the music in their chests. The band maintains its artistic independence, without relying on major record labels, and continues to play at festivals and bars where music remains the center of life. Their cultural impact is seen in how they have inspired a generation of guitarists seeking an authentic, unadorned sound.
