Top Gun: Maverick

Thirty years after the first film, pilot Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell is still a top gun who hasn't wanted to move up the ranks to avoid losing the thrill of flying. When he's tasked with training a group of the best pilots, he must face the ghosts of his past. Joseph Kosinski directs the most unexpected sequel: an action-packed aviation film shot with real jets that dazzles visually and genuinely thrills. The best blockbuster of the year.

The perfect blockbuster of 2022. Tom Cruise proves that physical action cinema still has a future. Breathtaking aerial sequences.
