Another Round

Another Round (2020) is a Danish film directed by Thomas Vinterberg. Winner of the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film and a BAFTA for Best Film Not in the English Language. Four middle-aged teachers test the theory that maintaining a constant low level of blood alcohol makes life richer and more fulfilling.

Mads Mikkelsen gives one of his finest performances. Vinterberg walks the tightrope between comedy and tragedy with complete control, and the final scene is genuinely unforgettable.
