B3 (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) is Brazil's main stock exchange and one of the largest exchanges in Latin America by market value. It was formed in 2017 from the merger of BM&FBovespa and Cetip, combining equity, derivatives and fixed-income trading in a single organisation. B3 also operates clearing, custody and registration services for much of the Brazilian financial system.
