ViCioChaT describes itself as a community of IRC chat addicts open to everyone, and the nuance that sets it apart from other friendship rooms is in the rest of the phrase: friends and acquaintances from yesterday, today, and always, old and new school. It's a reunion room, with people who know each other from other servers and from other IRC eras. It has its own Facebook group (@ViCioChaT) and an associated radio station, Onda Mix.
