JoDa presents itself as a meeting channel for people from anywhere in the world, and its topic sums it up in one phrase: quality above all, not quantity. Spam is prohibited, and that's the end of the rules. The community extends beyond IRC: it has its own Facebook group (@JoDaIRChat) and an associated radio station, Onda Mix, which broadcasts while people chat.
